Who we are

Clinovo is a UK marketing agency for private clinics. This policy explains what data we collect through the clinovo.uk website, why we collect it, and your rights under UK GDPR. Clinovo is the data controller for any personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

  • Free Patient Audit form: your name, clinic name, email, mobile number (optional, for WhatsApp) and website URL.
  • WhatsApp: the messages you send us and your WhatsApp phone number.
  • Calendly bookings: your name, email and any information you provide when booking a call.
  • Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer) used to keep the site secure and working.

Why we collect it

To deliver the audit you asked for, respond to your enquiry, arrange calls, and follow up about our services. That is the only reason.

Lawful basis

We rely on consent when you submit a form or message us, and on legitimate interest when we follow up about your enquiry or run the website securely. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and audit data for up to 24 months from your last contact, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep records for the length of our engagement plus any period required by law (usually 6 years for tax records).

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, ever.

Processors we use

To run the site and respond to you, we share limited data with these processors:

  • Hosting and site infrastructure (Lovable, Cloudflare)
  • Form delivery and email (Formspree, Google Workspace)
  • Calendly (for booking calls)
  • WhatsApp (Meta) for messages you send us

Each processor has its own privacy terms and appropriate safeguards for international transfers where relevant.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email fazsemeer123@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to fix it first.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted.
